RED:DOT brings a unique combination of live (cos)played rock, metal pop and visual experiences through an energetic stage presence. The band pays tribute to the Japanese music scene by playing cover songs in an own interpretation, songs that tend to have a rocking and feminine touch. On top of that, RED:DOT provides a visual show with cosplay, anime, background video, dance and audience participation.
The band members met at various East Asia conventions in Sweden. By combining their inividual interests in music, singing, dancing, cosplay, anime et cetera they are able to create a stage act unlike anything else. Songs covered by RED:DOT include work from Band-Maid, Buono!, Dazzle Vision, Doll$Boxx, Exist|Trace, Gacharic Spin, Inkt, Lisa, PassCode, Rick Rack, Scandal, etc. Recently RED:DOT has started adding our own song material as well! Stage presence is just as eclectic, combining cosplay, visual kei and Tottoro-onepieces.
